Classic
Our Classic Caramels are reminiscent of the caramels that you loved as a child — except that ours get their rich flavor from slowly caramelized sugar, fresh dairy, and just a hint of salt.Wildflower Honey
These caramels match the robust flavor of raw wildflower honey from the Santa Monica Farmers Market with a deep undertone of caramel.Salted Chocolate Nut
This is our Caramel Nut Candy Bar in caramel form! These chocolate caramels contain Organic Almonds, Organic Walnuts, and Pecans grown in California as well as Cacao Nibs and Maldon Sea Salt.Cinnamon Almond
Zesty Organic Cinnamon, Slow-Roasted Organic Almonds, and Rich Caramelized Sugar… These caramels may be the most wildly delicious that you’ll ever taste.Single Malt Scotch
We use Balvenie Doublewood 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch in these caramels to imbue them with a complex fruitiness enhanced by notes of sherry.
This Orange Bar accents tangy candied orange peel with the rich flavors of pecans, caramel, and honey. We believe that chocolate should only mingle with wholesome ingredients that are organic and local whenever possible. BonBonBars never contain artificial ingredients or high-fructose corn syrup.
My-oh-my how time has flown! It’s been nearly 2 months since I’ve had the time and clear mind to write a post. Admitedly this post is merely out of guilt for neglect. It’s a good thing my new year’s resolutions had nothing to do with blogging.
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas. That may have something to do with the fact of the 8ft tall tree glowing in the corner of the living room. Last weekend I ordered a tree and had it delivered only to find myself without any lights or decoration to adorn it with. Apparently, I hadn’t kept those from last year as I’d thought. So, after a week of a lonely, though quite pleasant smelling addition to the living room my roommate Tealle and I went out in search of some lights. I was instantly drawn to the LED white lights with their sure brightness, while Tealle thought it would be a good idea to add some color. So 5 strands, totaling nearly 120ft later we now have what I do believe is the most lights I’ve ever had on a tree. A couple of boxes of candy canes later and the once lonely tree turned out to be a great combination effort and spectacularly bright.
